I've recently been visiting Galaxy Moviehouse, the more upscale answer to the Alamo Drafthouse, for this feature in yesterday's Austin-American Statesman (my first cover story in the food section!)
With luxurious reclining leather seats and a nice selection of food (and craft beer, which arrives to your seat in an ice champagne bucket with chilled sifters!), the Galaxy makes me think I might just have to make the pilgrimage out toward Lake Travis a little more often to visit...and won't have to go broke doing it either.
