With two James Beard awards already under his belt and several more nominations currently on the docket, Donald Link has made quite a name for himself in the realm of fine dining. But the Louisiana natively techniquely began his career at the age of 15, crafting humble, homestyle dishes along his grandfather before going on to work at multiple restaurants in Louisiana and California…
